Biography
Lecturer at the Communications Management department of Artevelde College in Ghent (Belgium). Former copywriter. Married to Nathalie, father of Bas, Joppe and Lotta, and foster parent of Nima (financial adoption through Cunina). Would-be owner of two chickens. Former owner of a Ducati Monster and carrier of a latent Duc virus. In the meantime also hooked on non-motorized bicycles. The sequence of these characteristics may vary according to the time of day…
Interests
Life in general, my wife and kids, my job (no joke), music, literature (fiction and non-fiction), Italian food (or just food, really), learning Italian (if I find the time), Italy, the UK, France (and its Tour), cycling, gardening, growing vegetables (not cool? try it or ask Damien Rice), politics, snapshot photography, drawing, my little corner of the world (known as 'de Westhoek'), doing absolutely nothing.
