More beer? Yes. Why? Simple: some time ago, I promised a regular visitor of this blog that I would be doing a/some post(s) on Belgian beer. And I try to keep my promises. My lazy side, however, tells me that I should not do a job that has already been done before. Makes sense, right? That's why I would like to link you through to this other Belgian's personal blog. And if you're a PR professional, you might also want to check his professional blog. Cheers!
Food is not bad here in Manila but I miss the Belgian beer(S). :-)

Makes perfect sense mate, why reinvent the wheel. In fact, isn't that the whole point of publishing stuff on the web - creating rich, layered content by linking off to other resources?
Any recommendations/preferred tipples?

@ Sidney: I can imagine! But hey: nobody forced you to move to Manila... ;-D Besides: you can always ask somebody to ship you a load of Belgian beers from time to time,no? (just don't ask me ;-) ).
@ Sam: I am presuming you're referring to our 'Tripels'? I am more of a dark beer drinker myself (favourites: Westmalle Dubbel, Oerbier and Gulden Draak), but I have been told that Orval is the best Tripel around. Give it a try when you come over!

Well, I've just learned a new word (Tripel - and one which I'm looking forward to experiencing first hand) so I'll return the favour. 'Tipple' is an English slang word for drink (usually refers to alchohol). I have no idea of its etymology though. Perhaps the two are linked?
